Peter Liu is a partner and managing director at Summer Atlatnic. Peter Liu is an expert in cross border collaboration and big data, with a focus in medical instruments. Currently Mr. Liu is the Co-Head of research and development at Sinopharm group, where he has been engaged in researching medical instruments and advanced technology. In 2014, Liu co-founded a big-data medical company that developed a joint Remote Chronic Disease big data project with Stanford School of Medicine, which resulted in winning the 2017 Phillips Wearable and Chronic Care challenge. Peter Liu also supervised regulation research at SinoPharm Group, one of the largest healthcare companies in China.
